Community ManagerHi there. When submitting the dispute for the ban, are you sure you're using the right account? That's the only reason I can think of for not being able to see the ban.
Did he really ask me if I checked the correct account? This is the account.

An advisor will let you know if your ban is on a different account or not. That's not something we can do over the forums. Cases can be opened by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.
No one will solve my problem, I've been opening disputes for 3 months without receiving the slightest support, I want to talk to a real person not to bots or useless AI.
