Community ManagerAn advisor will let you know if your ban is on a different account or not. That's not something we can do over the forums. Cases can be opened by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.
No one will solve my problem, I've been opening disputes for 3 months without receiving the slightest support, I want to talk to a real person not to bots or useless AI.

Do not submit a dispute. You can't get in touch with an advisor that way. You need to open a case using the link I mentioned above.
I've already contacted a consultant and he said the same things you said, they don't help me, they all seem like AI... I just want to play skateboarding with my account, I can play all the other games: Need for Speed, Battlefield, Apex but not skateboarding... Why? What happened? Nobody's telling me. I get the frustration. Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing we can do to help with bans over the forums. You will need to get in touch with an advisor to confirm you're using the right account.
