No one will solve my problem, I've been opening disputes for 3 months without receiving the slightest support, I want to talk to a real person not to bots or useless AI.

Community ManagerDo not submit a dispute. You can't get in touch with an advisor that way. You need to open a case using the link I mentioned above.

You will need to get in touch with an advisor to confirm you're using the right account.But what does the correct account mean? This is the account, and with this I play everything except skate. why???
