Community ManagerDo not submit a dispute. You can't get in touch with an advisor that way. You need to open a case using the link I mentioned above.

I get the frustration. Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing we can do to help with bans over the forums. You will need to get in touch with an advisor to confirm you're using the right account.But what does the correct account mean? This is the account, and with this I play everything except skate. why???

Because, if you happen to have another account that you're not aware of, it's possible your skate. account is linked to that. If you submit a dispute on an account that isn't linked to the platform account you play skate. on, they won't see any bans. Talking to an advisor will let them confirm you're submitting the dispute on the correct account.
