Always keep my angle low, but now it seems like after joining challenges or OTLs the camera angle option will swap to high on it's own and I have to open settings and change it back.

Camera Angle Keeps Switching

Same, using fast travels triggers it for me. I have RS to change camera height enabled in advanced camera settings so I can switch back, not everyone uses that tho.

Same here…

I noticed this as well, sometimes the game is registering you pressing RS to switch camera angle even though you're pressing RS to fast travel.

Status added:InvestigatingThanks for reporting this! We're investigating this issue.
In the meantime, if you go to Settings -> Gameplay -> Advanced Camera -> On-board Camera -> Camera Height Control and set that to Disabled it will prevent R3 from toggling the camera height.

set Height camera option you'll need and Disable toggle cam heught option, works for me 😎

EA_Kipling I use both cameras at different times so disabling toggling doesn't really solve the issue for me, it just creates a worse one.

With this new season, every time I enter a challenge it changes my camera from “HIGH” to “LOW” and there is no way to change it while in a challenge. I have to leave the challenge, change it back, but every time it reverts back to “LOW”. If the default is “LOW” then why give me the option to change it. Please fix
*P.S. I love the improvements of the map and being able to pin challenges. Just please fix the camera settings*

Same, I also have it after fast travelling.

Thought it was just me. It sometimes happens in the middle of challenges. It’s so annoying; this did NOT happen before this new season

I'm on PlayStation and if you press L3 and R3 the two analog thumbsticks at the same time it changes the camera height. It allows you to easily switch between high and low camera angles
