Not sure if anyone else has encountered this but I completed all the seasonal challenges a couple of weeks back but have been unable to claim my rewards. No reward shows and when I press claim an audio clip plays but I received no tix/items etc. I was hoping this would be patched or resolve itself but as we're getting near the end of the season now I want to make sure I can claim these before they're no longer available. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the game and it didn't help. Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same problem &&& On top of that I completed all the challenges prior to the release of season 1, and when the season was finally launched, my challenges did not reset. As a result, I have completed everything, yet I do not have the season marked as complete, unlike my friend who just began but has finished the season.
