Cannot log into Skate. on Xbox one S

I wanted to try Skate. so when it asked me to make an account, I did but it wouldn’t let me sign in. It would just give me a “cannot complete this action” error. It’s the next day, does my account need to be older that a day or so to play or is it something else.

Here’s what the error said exactly (because idk how to add images) “Unable to Login We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com.”
