Challenge completion not showing up.

A number of challenges will be completed but show up not competed but the rewards are gone. Also some challenges are broken, for example “hitting the ac” I most definitely hit all acs multiple times and the challenge won’t complete. Left at 3/4 no matter how many times I try to complete. I added pictures of broken challenges.
