Character skin tones messed up since update

They just messed up all facial features, they need to revert the changes, all the characters look like addicts. Horrible.

the eyes look very intense in ultra settings, but on low they look more normal, and I cant pin why -- I think the dark circles are the same tone -- maybe its the skin complexion being softer in low because the textures are lower res? IDK, but I kind of like how low looks in this situation, and I wish that look was maintained in ultra in all situations but instead whatever is happening in ultra makes the face super "intense" and not as relaxed. 
Most people seem to think the dark circles should be reduced somewhat, maybe that's the solution? dark circles look really good on most masculine characters - those character types really been brought to life this update

I dont think the issue is with darkness/paleness on the eyelids (that's natural) but it looks like there's a larger broad shadow around the eyes maybe that is making things look weird 

I like the face changes but I think it can be improved marginally

I dont understand how all of you guys are having this issue… My character looks better than ever 🤷🏽‍♂️

If your character is darker skin color you won't notice the difference

If they hadn’t changed the character appearance, there would’ve been absolutely no problem, and I was planning to buy the Season 2 ticket pass.
Now that they’ve turned my face into something creepy, I wouldn’t pay even in death.
Just looking at my character, made ugly and unsettling, pisses me off, so I rebuilt them into a monster to match this disastrous update and let it run around as a time-killer.
I never imagined it would end in such a stupid and pathetic outcome.

Yeah bro. Not sure if this has been addressed yet, but my character's face also changed completely after the update and it just feels off. Really hoping they look into it because it's taking away from the experience. Not even motivated anymore to spend any money on the game with my character looking as crappy as it is. 

Sadly, it's part of the new visual update for Season 2. The best we can do either tweak it as close to the old style or get used to the new character visuals. :/

(I already posted this on the forums but just commenting this so they see engagement xd) - In my case it doesn't look bad at all in terms of face shapes, but the skin is a tiny gripe that I'm unsure if I even think it's worth fixing - but SKIN COMPLEXION and opacity options for it would probably be nice so fixing it would be done by the player -- I would turn the dark circles and cheek shadow down by like 20% If I were able to -- Im actually a fan of the general color desaturation but goddamn some people's skin got absolutely obliterated - it seems like a glitch

I got that same thing going, annoying as hell

My character used to look cute before the update, same as yours. Now even from a distance it looks like villain, sick person, addict, zombie.  
Totally different thing now.
