Consistent phase-thru issues

I’m an Xbox player and I’ve been playing since launch, and I’ve noticed a major issue with manuals and borders of the map(seams where streets and sidewalks connect) that will cause a player’s wheels to clip through the tangible portion of the map for a split second, causing them to bail. This has happened on more than a handful of occasions during challenges. 

happens most often when manual is engaged on ledges or when landing in manual or nose manual at slightly higher speeds.
