Controller Vibrations

There seems to be a lack of vibration detail for pc players when it comes to playing on steam. What I mean is that when you play on console, specifically PlayStation 5, when riding around you're able to feel the vibrations of the pavement when just cruising around. I'm not sure if it's just not something I haven't configured in my Steam, but it's just something I have noticed. Thank you for your time!
