Direct x error when exporting videos in MP4

this is now the third time i have said this and have been met with silence.

every time i try to export a video in MP4

after the 3.2.1. countdown this error keeps popping up and crashing my game please help!

(Whenever I export a video in WebM I do not have this issue and it exports the video perfectly fine I am but I am wanting MP4 because the video quality is better and less grainy.)
