Error code: 3982909855 Timed out

I haven’t logged in, in 2 days now as I keep getting this error code. I get taken from the ‘configuring’ loading screen to a black screen, then to the error code. 
I have tried with my DNS- nothing, I have deleted and reinstalled- nothing, I have restarted my ps5- nothing. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Update- I just got on for like 15 minutes, game crashed once I tried to go to the new mega park and now having the same issue.
