Error when buying a product box

Just to confirm, you've just started playing the game, and you're currently stuck at the tutorial because you cannot purchase your first product box?

I have the same proble. Very annyoing. Can't even progress past the tutorial since I'm required to buy the product box, but I am unable to.

I think they're referring to this bug. I'm experiencing it too—the loot boxes appear locked for me as well.
