Fast travel locations not unlocking

Some fast travel locations don't unlock when I got to then and hold triangle. I'm on Steam with ps5 controller. Also doesn't work when I hold F with keyboard. Currently at SV News Building point but has happened with others as well and friends have said the same with the same points as well
