Got to Step 8 the final step of "Tour 2: Bag of Tricks", Listen to Slappy. Dialogue finishes and never progresses. I even went out of my way to finish all the Own The Spot's and Lines and still get the same dialogue every time.

Same with me, now I can't progress so I just gotta do free roaming
In Mission finer grind i have to collect trash 16/17 but the last one is Not there, I cant find him. I skate all around these area but there is nothing,. Can someone help?
