fix ur game idle in menu after changing to full screen

add the main settings option in the main menu after games boots for first time. i was in the tutorial but wanted to change my game to my ultra wide monitor. i was at 20fps after i changed it so i figured i change the game from windows borderless to Fullscreen. after i did that the game keeps acting like i was tabbing. so now ever time i try to load into the game to change the setting back to window borderless i cant since ever time i press a on my controller to get to that point it keeps acting like I'm tabbing out of the game to the point where i get the error code 3967269002. so while the games keeps tabbing me out **bleep**ing with all my displays i timeout while waiting to join the servers hence stuck in the main menu with the accessibility setting for some reason that's there and  not the main setting options so i am soft lock from even getting into the game now, so thanks. add the main setting at the start of the game so i can **bleep**ing change the display mode back to **bleep**ing windows borderless so it will stop timing me out.
