Flip Tricks in Replays

The only I can assume would be the reason is when you're in the editor and you've tried to clip the editor is designed to focus only on the player using the editor. Let's say you're in a party and you all do the exact same trick in unison. Since the editor was designed to focus on your character's data to the hair, it excludes the fine detail of other skaters. 

Think of it like when a person has tunnel vision when they are focusing on a single thing moving and other things are doing the same action adjacent to it, it is perceived as not the same speed, motion because periferal vision sees things in a blurred motion.
