Game always launches twice

same issue as you since the end of the pre alpha. skate launches twice. the first one always fails. but now the second one fails too. just stays on the black loading screen forever. im uninstalling/reinstalling the game for like the 5th time now. can anyone give me a fix?  is there a registry entry i need to delete? for some reason this game keeps trying to launch the pre alpha code and failing to reach authentication and anticheat servers it would appear. 

replying to myself. i deleted every folder related to skate after i uninstalled for the millionth time. then i rebooted and installed again. this time it downloaded the right version or something. the splash screen was different and the anti cheat came up to tell me to turn off ds4windows. which it hasnt done for months. it loaded up and started the first time but then the black loading screen. i decided to just leave it and go make a snack after about 10 minutes or so it finally loaded the game and played some kinda opening movie intro i missed most of.  anyway i dont know what that long black screen is but if its shader compilation maybe put up a message so we know the game didnt crash??
