Missing Skate Insider/Playtest Rewards
I know it was stated to be rolling out in waves but I received a playtest/insider reward but it was only 100 San Van Bucks which is cool but not needed atm as I have my 15,000 in credits from the playtests which again is amazing but I'm sadly missing the board and stickers and I believe a grip tape? I was told by a chat agent to make a post specifically here so sorry if it seems out of place. Only place I've seen that may be of help. Thank you for your time and effort! PC - Supercharge pack not received after redeeming on xbox app
I upgraded my gamepass subscription to ultimate so I could get the Supercharge Pack. My accounts are linked and have had ea play though xbox game pass for awhile. The rewards for the supercharge pack are not showing up in skate. I can see the pack on the xbox app under benefits> codes you've already grabbed. As a PC only user am I doing something wrong?Settings reset everyday, double product boxes.
Skate Devs, Hey so whenever I relaunch the game in the morning none of my basic settings save and I have to redo my general, audio, and graphic settings over again. It's becoming kinda annoying redoing it although I am getting good at speed running switching them back. Also my product boxes. I had a bug where all my locations reset to 0 a few times, now I have double of each product box and some that are supposed to be LOCKED are appearing unlocked but wont let me buy them. I feel like my account is bugged. Whoever is making the Gullcrest community parks you are a BOSS and I demand this man get a raise. Also randomly crashing daily to a DirectX ERROR
Missing costumes in this weekly's update store
Ea app PC user here. Im not sure if this is a bug, just the different server platform or just Im on a different region but there are a handful of missing costumes not appearing in the store currently after this weekly update including the "Recommend for you" tab is missing. (Eg; Fire costume from S2, Isaac outfit, Vans Shoe costume, Girl Costume and the Leprechaun Costume from early S3.) Looks like only the console players are able to view and purchase it. It would be nice for PC players to see it too.Bug? Ea account not properly linked after Playtest (customer service useless)
So, I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but I don’t know where else to turn to since the ea “customers help” bot is utterly useless for real problems. I used this account to do the Skate playtest on PS5 last year, and recently tried connecting the same profile with my pc. I quickly found out that this ea account is connected to a PlayStation network ID that looks like a fake gibberish name instead of my PSN ID. I’m afraid to try and reconnect to my actual PSN because I don’t know if that’s going to lose all my progress and if I can even figure out what ea account my ps5 skate is actually linked with so I can change as needed.. Has anybody else experienced this or have a solution? Also, are there seriously ZERO humans to talk to at customer service now?Keeps losing connection Error code 3982909855
Every time I play skate I get the same error code after bearly a minute of playing, my connection and account is good yet it still disconnects, I dont get why this happens and it should be fixed beciase there's no point of keeping the game if I cant play it which sucks cause' the game is fun
Skate. Infinte loading screen
Since the start of season three in Skate. my game has been stuck on an infinte loading screen no matter what I do. I have uninstalled and resinstalled the game on steam, repaied the files and restarted my PC, Updated and repaired the anti cheat in the files and then restarted my pc, Uninstalled and tried all of these methods again on the EA launcher, and yet nothing has worked. The game used to work just fine on my pc and I was able to get 1080p 60FPs.Connection Lost | Error code: 3982909855
I started encountering this error for the first time today before the weekly reset for the event. I can't find any additional information on this specific error except a thread from playtest era in search results that I can't access. It happens after between 2 and 10 minutes of playtime consistently, usually after closing a menu but sometimes while playing, the game screen goes black for a minute and then this error appears. So far I have tried verifying game files in Steam, full uninstall/reinstall along with deleting the %localappdata%\Skate folder, repairing Javelin anticheat through the EA/AC folder installer, launching the game through EA instead of Steam, and updating windows. This issue has been brought up more recently by multiple other users and has not as far as I can tell been addressed in any official way.
