Game always starts with left-side camera if "Dynamic Side Switching" is disabled

If you disable the "Dynamic Side Switching" camera setting, the camera will always be on the left side when you boot up the game.

This happens even if you leave the camera on the right side when you quit. It also doesn't seem to be affected by our character's stance. This could make sense if I was set to goofy stance, but I'm not.
