I can't level up and I also can't open the box at dcvs (or what it's called).
Keep standing left on top Mission Accomplished. But when I get at extravert nothing specific happens.
Tried to close the game and restart but won't fix

Hello, I’m experiencing a bug that prevents me from progressing in the game. I’m stuck on the mission where you have to reach level 2 by going to the skateshop. Even after completing the objective, the mission doesn’t validate and I remain stuck.Could you please let me know if there’s a solution or if a fix is planned?Thank you in advance for your help, and congratulations on the great work on the game!
So after the first “own the lot” challenge, it tells me to go to the skate shop to level up. However once I get there it shows absolutely nothing for me to do.
My only mission right now is “Go to Extravert to Level Up”, but when I open the Extravert shop in person it just takes me to the usual shop menu with no indication to level up anywhere. I tried restarting the game but still can’t proceed. I’m playing on PS5.
I just fixed this for myself - I had to scroll down to the bottom of the shop and spend my orange currency on a product box. Once I did, I left the shop and re-entered and I got the level up. The level up being tied to a shop purchase makes no sense to me, but if it’s gonna be this way then this should be much clearer - the first thing we should see when we enter the shop with the ability to level up should be a prompt to purchase whatever we need to purchase to level up.

On the mission Tour 1: Skater Eyes, Ripping for rewards
I am stuck on step 1 as it is telling me I must level up but I dont have the xp/it wont let me.
I have completed all available missions as well as their co-op varients so cannot get more xp to level up
I’m stuck on level 1. It’s says to go extravert to level up and when I do that nothing happens. Can’t do any other challenges or progress.
I have the exact same problem, EA help us!
You can (if you have someone) let somebody invite you to their party do a challenge together and it may fix the bug, I had to go on reddit for help eventually
