Haven't received the 5 skate.Points after purchasing the Season 3 Starter Pack.

So I have yet to receive the 5 skate.Points after purchasing the Season 3 Starter Pack. On the "https://store.ea.com/skate/"  website it shows that I've indeed purchased the starter pack and it has a checkmark next to the 5 skate.Points I supposedly have earned.

Yet my actual balance doesn't reflect that. I have 0 of the points and therefore cannot claim my 550 San Van Bucks I was supposed to get. I've also purchased some currency through steam, but the pass was purchased through the website so maybe that's the issue?

Anyway this is frustrating as a paying supporter and former playtester, it's getting harder and harder to defend the game I enjoy which is a shame. The customer support agent I first contacted informed me it was a "known glitch" and that it'd be resolved very soon, only to close my case 20 minutes later which felt like an actual spit in the face.

I hope this issue can be resolved soon.
