Horrible CPU usage on this game

Hey, 

I don't think im the only one to encounter this issue, as I've seen similiar threads about it on reddit and steam support.

While playing this game, CPU usage gets very high, in my case it wobbles around 80% and results in often stutters while playing.

I started noticing this problem after switching monitor from 75HZ to 200HZ one, however capping FPS through AMD Adrenalin, or even bringing refresh rate on Windows to 75HZ and Vsyncing didn't help at all.

My PC Specs are:

RX 7600 8GB

Ryzen 5 5500

32GB RAM

SSD NVME (Which my game is on)

I never encountered such issue in any title. I tried using different launchers, reinstalling multiple times. Nothing helped.

I also been playtesting the game since July and it only started to happen recently.
