I did not get my insider rewards

Hello I was in the insider program from March 11. I did recive an email that i will get special in-game rewards for participating. I started playing the early access version 5 months after release. Did I miss the window for claiming it or is this some sort of bug. I tried it on Steam and EA App.  Im sending screenshots of emails i recieved. I played the insider version for like 20-30 hours and answered some surveys.
