I didn’t get my points when I bought them

Hi, I recently bought points on my PlayStation to get the Battle Pass, but I haven’t received my points. I’ve already restarted my console and the game, but the points still haven’t appeared. Please help me resolve this issue.

    I've had the exactly same problem, is the option to buy them in the store disappeared aswell?

    I read another post like this, he emailed EA and they refused to give him his purchase n he had to go as far as contacting his bank to charge back the purchase to get his money back.
