Infinite black screen while completing/starting challenges

This bug has only started happening to me after the S3 launch update.  The screen turns black with no UI elements and all of my inputs are unresponsive. I have to Alt+F4 and launch the game. This has happened to me on the first challenge of the session, and it's also happened to me after a dozen challenges that were completed with no issue

    No, nothing yet. Only way is to fully restart the game. I wish so badly they'd just let us quit to main menu or have some kind of emergency quit to main menu if we hold XBYA+select for 5 seconds. Would save us so much time, and nobody is holding XBYA+select for 5 seconds so no risk of accidental inputs.
