Insufficient Funds Error when Redeeming Free Items Megathread

I am unable to claim the free Spitfire logo socks. Every time I try, it comes up and says I have "Insufficient Funds." I have tried to reset the game, but that doesn't work.

I have the same problem with the socks this week too and I don’t have an alternative platform to log in on only ps5.

Moved this to Bugs,  we are investigating.

Hi EA_Kipling​, here's an update since I was able to connect remotely onto my computer at home. 
I was able to redeem this week's free spitfire socks.
