Javelin force-closing the game with the ExitCode "95 (81)"

I'm trying to play Skate after a long absence, and it seems something running on my computer is causing Javelin to have a heart-attack, however I'm not sure what's even running that would cause this..

I've tried every troubleshooting step I can think of, including completely reinstalling Javelin, and nothing has worked. I even tried closing suspicious apps, but nothing helped. 

If someone internal at EA can assist me with this, please do.. I'm literally losing my marbles over this.
