During the challenge it asks the player to flip trick onto and between concrete planters, doing manuals while on the planters. However, even if I stop on the planters and do a complete manual and no other tricks the challenge tracker will show the one completed manual and then remove it immediately. Full completion of the challange is not possible with this bug.
Same issue on ps5.
I had the same issue but found a loophole. If you hit a manual and nose manual in the same line it should count since you are doing 2 at once. Hope this helps.

From where you spawn in on the challenge, ride to the platform kickflip onto it landing in a manual, then do a 180 kick flip over the gap to the next platform and land in a manual again. You cant do one manual in the line, you have to do two, that's the challenge. My fiancé helped me figure that out lmao. She doesn't even game.
