Map bug for beginners

I have just started playing Skate on my PS5. When it comes to the part showing how to access the skate map it is flashing up and closing over and over again. I try skipping but it makes the map flash more without being able to do anything. 

I have attempted to delete and re-download the game, I have reinstated licences, and restarted the PS5. Nothing is working. Please help.
