MEGA THREAD - Getting Charged SVB for Rip Chip or Tix Items
we're looking into 2 store issues right now:
- In the in-game store, some players are purchasing Product Boxes with Rip Chip and are being charged SVB for unwanted items in the background. This is not expected behavior, a fix is coming tomorrow.
- In the skate.Pass, some players are unlocking free or paid track items with Tix and are being charged SVB for unwanted items in the background. This is not expected behavior. We don't have a fix yet but we are working on it.
Our teams are investigating both situations right now to isolate affected players and help them on a case by case basis.IF you have been impacted, please provide the following information:
- username
- platform
- what did you purchase (via Tix or Rip Chips) and were charged SVB?
- how much SVB were you charged?
- what was the unwanted item you unwillingly purchased in the background?
- when (roughly) did this happen? (date)
- any screenshot of video of the purchase flow when it occurred?
