MEGA THREAD - Getting Charged SVB for Rip Chip or Tix Items

we're looking into 2 store issues right now:

  1. In the in-game store, some players are purchasing Product Boxes with Rip Chip and are being charged SVB for unwanted items in the background. This is not expected behavior, a fix is coming tomorrow.
  2. In the skate.Pass, some players are unlocking free or paid track items with Tix and are being charged SVB for unwanted items in the background. This is not expected behavior. We don't have a fix yet but we are working on it.

Our teams are investigating both situations right now to isolate affected players and help them on a case by case basis.IF you have been impacted, please provide the following information:

  • username
  • platform
  • what did you purchase (via Tix or Rip Chips) and were charged SVB?
  • how much SVB were you charged?
  • what was the unwanted item you unwillingly purchased in the background?
  • when (roughly) did this happen? (date)
  • any screenshot of video of the purchase flow when it occurred?

 

if you've already made a separate post, please still reply here with the above information so we can get it all together and get over to the team.

    I was redeeming season pass items

    - 300svb

    - indie 11 trucks (black with red) 

    - 15 days ago, 9th of October. 

    -nope, because I found out more than 30 minutes later, and ps5 can record only last 30 minutes. The purchase was in background with no notification or animation. Off topic lil question. After early release there was message roughly saying “hey, you’ll get all your svbucks from play test plus some % bonus”. I had 750 svbucks in the end of play test, and I didn’t get any. And after few restarts I got only250. Is it how it supposed to be?

    I purchased Lucky Strip Cargo in Hesh & Fresh skate. pass for 550 Tix

    I was charged 500 SVB in the background

    Dime Plane White Tee was purchased in the background

    This happened less than 2 hours ago

    Unfortunately I do not have a recording, as I only noticed minutes later in my apparel inventory that the unwanted shirt was there, and that there was 500 SVB missing
