[MEGATHREAD] Can't place objects with Quick Drop

I had this issue too. 

Playing on Early Pre-Alpha, can’t progress any further from Slappy’s “Drop It Like It’s Quick” mission since the button to add object is the same as the exit/back button, which is the X button on my case. It just exits the Quick Drop mode anytime I try to drop an object which is annoying. Any hope for it to get fixed? It’s a bit annoying that I couldn’t progress at all due to this.

I have this issue except i can't place items anywhere, even outside of missions.  It lets me go into the menu, it lets me pick an item but I'll can't place it. The item itself also can't be seen. Have had this issue for a few days (Since the game went live again) but just shrugged it off..I am now required to use quick drop items in this mission so I can't finish it.

Didn't actually needed to do this today, I simply started the mission and all of the objects appeared on the ground. Made halfway into the mission and turned off, later I'll restart to see if the problem persists.

I did the disable cfossplay thing it worked 

When attempting to do step 1 of Slappy’s DIY spot I am unable to drop any objects.  This is specifically the “drop 3 objects” portion.

Object dropping works correctly when outside of the mission, but once the mission has started the selected quick drop assets are not brought in when selected. 

I can't seem to drop items in this mission just like others have reported, I've stopped playing the game for at least 12 hours and also turned off cross play, quit the game from the menu and nothing works. I don't think other missions (that insiders have already done at least 4 times) 'should be locked if  i can't even get past a mission because of a bug that has been reported multiple times at this point 

When choosing an item to place, it doesn't show up, it's invisible and doesn't let you place it.
