I somehow managed to get the ERR notification again. It pops up every few seconds. You have the option to decline but that does not change anything. It even persists across restarts of the game. It happened while doing one of the daily missions.

This is a known visual bug that will be fixed in the update on the 16th.

I'm constantly receiving invites that pop up as errors (Err). I can't decline them and they don't seem to stop after resetting the game.
This will be fixed on the patch that comes out on the 16th.
The "ERR" notification is still in the game after being announced it was removed after launch in the bug fixes. At least that's how it is on my end over on Playstation.
