I decided to log off sitting on the edge of the broken bridge on the map.and when I logged back on, I was beneath the map,just a skateboard floating in the void.

For three days I’ve been frozen in the same spot under the map. Unplayable. Can’t teleport. Can only spectate and view the main menu. Any idea how to fix without deleting my gamesaves? I really don’t want to go through those annoying **bleep** tutorial missions again. See attached image to see what I do. Running on Series S. Extremely aggravating as EA doesn’t respond to support tickets or emails anymore. Nor do they on the email they gave us in the playtest notifications.
