I decided to log off sitting on the edge of the broken bridge on the map.and when I logged back on, I was beneath the map,just a skateboard floating in the void.
Fast travel doesn't work. nor does...

I was on the southeastern side of Hedgemont chilling on one of the bridge pillars and crashed. And now every time I login I'm just sitting under the map, and can't teleport to anyone either. I'm stuck in purgatory
You need to party up with someone and have them build objects until the objects touch you. Or you can try to get yourself unstuck by spamming objects yourself, though I've only heard of a few people having success with the solo method.
