I decided to log off sitting on the edge of the broken bridge on the map.and when I logged back on, I was beneath the map,just a skateboard floating in the void.
Fast travel doesn't work. nor does...

I was on the southeastern side of Hedgemont chilling on one of the bridge pillars and crashed. And now every time I login I'm just sitting under the map, and can't teleport to anyone either. I'm stuck in purgatory

You're welcome, just be careful logging off out there or in any of the community parks. Those seem to be the spots people get stuck at.
