I decided to log off sitting on the edge of the broken bridge on the map.and when I logged back on, I was beneath the map,just a skateboard floating in the void.
Fast travel doesn't work. nor does...

I FIGURED IT OUT
Your character is "floating"
- Go into Object quick drop
- Select a ramp
- find your character floating feet off the ground
- place object between the ground and your floating body (connecting the two)
Le me know if this works for anyone else like it worked for me!
