I decided to log off sitting on the edge of the broken bridge on the map.and when I logged back on, I was beneath the map,just a skateboard floating in the void.
Fast travel doesn't work. nor does...

For anyone reading this and needs help here is what I did. You add the person who is stuck and you can teleport to them by finding them on the map. He was stuck in the air which is why he could not control his character. So what I did was climb a crane next to him and place a half pipe under him. The game realized he was no longer in the air and teleported him back to the map. If you don't have anyone to help you feel free to meesage me.
