I decided to log off sitting on the edge of the broken bridge on the map.and when I logged back on, I was beneath the map,just a skateboard floating in the void.

Upon logging in on Xbox, I was only given a view of the island from afar and a skateboard floating in the foreground. Fast travel, teleporting, and full reinstall all didn't fix this. This seems to have been a fairly common issue in the community. Whenever I initiated a throwdown, I got a clear glimpse of my character idle a few feet above the ground where I had most recently been playing before the issue began (i.e., at the bottom of the stairs shown in the attached video).
