I decided to log off sitting on the edge of the broken bridge on the map.and when I logged back on, I was beneath the map,just a skateboard floating in the void.

Try to use fast travel to a bus station. Had the same problem and this fixed it for me.
i cannot fast travel anywhere not skate shops bus stops players nothing
