Missing ground and obstacles.

I have a proble with loading assets. in some places the ground is invisible and everywhere i go the obstacles disapear when i get close, i can see them in the distance. The video is lagging because of th OBS. i have this problem since open alpha, but in playtests the game would crash in random moments, but the map was acting normal. I had this problem while instaled by EA app, i have the same problem while instaled by steam.
