Missing road textures
Everywhere I go, the roads are always just pitch black, I tried messing with the graphics settings, reinstalling the game, but it didn’t worked.

Same here. steam as well.
I noticed the same bug on the EA play version with Game Pass. I managed to get a screenshot when the light was hitting it just right. It seems to be using some sort of tire texture instead of the road texture.
I experienced the same issue a few times, where the roads suddenly turn black. The workaround for me was to go to the settings and temporarily switch the graphics quality to something else (Ultra → High → Ultra). The textures will then reload and reappear.
