Mission Bug

The mission Full Pull Tour is not working. At first I was able to start the mission “Hedge Bustler” and i would have 3/3 Steps completed and it wouldn’t count and tell me to try again. It won’t even let me untrack the quest I even tried deleting my save file. This has been happening since the day early release came out and i’ve been patient on waiting for a fix but as of today 10/9 it is still bugged and I can’t progress in the game. Since the latest update it’s still bugged but now I can’t even start the mission it tells me to head to the balcony but the mission isn’t there for me to start, just the purple ring. I’ve looked on other platforms and many others are having the same problem. Please have this reviewed and fixed.
