Mission Tracking bug [blank waypoint OOB]

When I try tracking a current mission it shows an out-of-bounds waypoint with no text. I tried untracking, restarting, swapping waypoints, whenever I track it shows this random white waypoint with no text that goes outside the map so I can't progress and I'm stuck with just doing dailies. Playing on PS5.
