Muy manuals challenge is not registering the manuals it counts one then immediately goes back to zero in the middle of the sequence and challenge cannot be complete

Same issue here
This bug is driving me INSANE!! This challenge is broken and has been since the game released! it's the only one that causes me this much grief PLEASE FIX IT
