Signed up a while ago and managed to play some of the closed playtest. logged into public early access to find out that i didnt get my insider rewards. I made sure to use the same account and platform for the closed playtest, and i even restarted my game multiple times to no avail.

I'm having the same issue. EA is saying that I registered after June 27, even though I know I didn't. Hopefully our issues will be resolved and we both get the items. Good luck to you.
Where do you see where you registered? I registered FOREVER ago way before this year and was playing before the game came out to the public and I still don't have my rewards.
