One button doesn’t work in the game

Im stuck in the transition skating 101 mission because A. I can’t do anything at that step unless I press R2 and B. The r2 button doesn’t work in the game so I can’t  do one of the steps. And it doesn’t work at the stunts or anything and now that I’m writing this my on board fov has glitched and my character is As big as the screen.
