PS5 Controller Settings

When I was playing skate 4, I cannot do a kick flip or heel flip. I tried to reset my PS5 Controller, but it did not work. Also when I needed to open the menu to open the music player, I tried to click on the hamburger icon on the PS5 Controller, but it did not work as well. Can you fix it please?
